Our Portal cranes are generally used for storage, transport and loading purposes of marble, roll forming, construction, iron & steel and steel construction industries. The crane has four legs and moves on rails placed on the ground. Single girder or double girder cranes are both available for production.
Portal cranes are formed in four main groups which are the lifting group, portal movement group, bridge group and legs. The electrical fitting systems of portal cranes can be installed in four different ways. The electrical wiring can be prepared in four different types: feeding system with cable cart, feeding system with cable drum, closed busbar and open busbar feeding systems. We are producing portal cranes with different lifting capacities depending on customer needs.
Essential Usage Properties:
Cranes within HIDROAKTIF product lineup are manufactured according to the related standards and safety regulations. However, the crane operator may get hurt during practicing or the crane may get damaged.
-The crane has to be used only for its design purposes.
-The crane has to be used as described in the user manual.
-The crane has to be used by the personnel who are aware of the risks of operating a crane.
-The crane has to be stopped and fixed in case of any malfunction which can put the crane safety at risk.
-Applications not defined in the user manual can only be performed after mutual agreements with HIDROAKTIF and obtaining a written confirmation.
-Manufacturer and agent will not be responsible for the damage and accidents caused by misusage.
